Duration of Stay	Outpost 12 is a forest-first, bio-lodge that offers unique interpretive experiences led by experienced naturalists. A minimum two nights stay helps guests immerse better in this experience. Outpost 12 also offers curated extended programs of 4 & 6 nights with tailored experiences around food, culture and discoveries. These are available on request.
Payment Policy	A 50% advance deposit is required to secure a confirmed reservation. For safari bookings, a 100% deposit is needed to confirm the experience. Full payment is due 45 days before the guest's arrival.
Cancellation Policy	A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less before the arrival date. A 100% cancellation fee applies if the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the arrival date.
NOTE	Stay for children under 5 years of age is complimentary; for children over 5 years, our extra bed policy applies. The park is closed on Wednesday afternoons, as well as for the entire day during the festivals of Diwali and Holi. Core area of Kanha National Park is closed between 1st of July to 30th of September for safaris. Valid Government issued photo ID cards are required to complete a booking. Any charges such as government taxes or fees will be added to the bill at the time of payment, based on the applicable rates. Refunds will be made after deducting any processing fees. Rates and government taxes may change without prior notice.
